Product Details
Genetics: Mango Isle x Purple Satellite
Variety: Sativa
Avg. Flowering Time: 9 Weeks (Mid September at 50 degrees North)
Yield: Medium
Potency: Very High
The original Mangoes from Space was a project aimed at creating a zesty sativa that could be flowered to completion in cold northern climates. Our testing resulted in phenomenal results, with remarkably potent plants that finished completely unaffected by mold and mildew. However, the harvest window was a little later than we had hoped, so we went back to the drawing board to tweak a few things.
We are now thrilled to present Return of the Mangoes from Space! This early-flowering sativa brings all the heat of the original in a much faster flowering package with even tougher environmental resistance. Created by blending the tropical fruit-flavored Mango Isle (Zamaldelica Express x Mango Smile) with an early-flowering, strawberry-scented Purple Satellite (Baglung Nepali x ’79 Oaxacan Gold), Return of the Mangoes from Space provides short-season growers with the opportunity to experience an exotic sativa grown in their own backyards.
ROTMFS has a soaring, mind-warping effect that builds in intensity for nearly 20 minutes after first consuming. Auditory and visual stimuli are enhanced, and a loss of the sense of time is common. The mood-altering effects of Return of the Mangoes from Space are profound and long-lasting. Whether you choose to become completely absorbed in a movie or explore nature with newly enhanced perceptive abilities, this trippy cultivar will have you seeing things through a completely different lens.
Terpene profiles orbit the fruity realm, with scents of mango, passionfruit, strawberry, and guava being common. You may also detect some spicy haze notes from the ’79 Oaxacan in the background, along with a few Durban Poison-like, terpinolene-soaked examples.
Growth characteristics are very uniform across all expressions. A self-supporting Christmas tree structure with long satellite branches reaching out from the main stem is most common. Topping and training are not necessary, as the spacing between branches and internodes allows for perfect sun exposure from all angles. Airflow is more than adequate to avoid mold and mildew, even in the most challenging environments. To double down on the cold and damp tolerance, the Baglung Nepali genetics in this plant's lineage are legendary for their ability to withstand rain, frost, and even light snow.
Purple stems are very common, even in seedlings, and deep purple coloration will appear in a large portion of the flowers. Anthocyanin levels are very high in this variety, providing an antifreeze-like effect during maturation. Resin production is extensive and retains a very gooey quality, even when thoroughly dried and cured. Bubble hash made from Return of the Mangoes from Space can be easily rolled into exquisite Nepalese temple balls or pressed into delectable rosin.
Due to the very early-flowering traits of this cultivar, it should not be grown indoors beyond the early seedling stage, as this could lead to premature flowering. For northern growers, start seeds at the very end of April for a planting-out date of mid to late May. Some plants will mature extremely early, but most phenotypes will complete their life cycle in September at 50 degrees north latitude.

NOTE: Return of the Mangoes from Space is only being offered as a limited edition F1 hybrid. Once they're sold out, they won’t be returning to this galaxy again, so get ‘em while you can.
